Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, enjoying a personalised check-in with delightful drinks and snacks in our elegant room. The family-friendly atmosphere shone through, particularly during breakfast served in a private dining area, featuring a traditional Kaiseki style menu that all of us appreciated. The private onsen in our room offered a tranquil retreat, allowing us to unwind together after a day exploring. The kids especially loved the indoor and outdoor bathing options, making it a true family-friendly escape. The staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Suizantei for families seeking a relaxing getaway, with luxurious amenities that cater to all ages.
